   I've bough a microsoft xbox one afterglow controller, compatible with windows x and it worked fine for a few months. Superlative notch feel. I used information technology to play all of my games that were compatible with controller and it was not bad. two days ago it stoped working well. Buttons don't register correctly, randomly stops working, light modes of a sudden change but only ocassionaly does it come back to working well and for never longer than 10 minutes after being turned off for a while.

   I tried to update drivers and all other usual tips in this state of affairs, nothing works. It'south an actual microsoft controller that should work on a microsoft Os. (And was working well until 2 days ago.) What gives? How can I set up this? Thanks in advance for any possible assistance.

   Thanks to all that replied so far. Had no thought about that pdp affair, but thanks for the clarification. Different cable was i of the commencement things i did try. Information technology seems to definitely be a software problem and non a cable issue. It started working fine once more when i downlaoded the accessories for Xbox softare, then it returned to not being ok once more.
